Text My Leads

1. Program Description

This SMS program is part of Text My Leads, a missed-call text automation service for businesses. When you call a business that uses Text My Leads and do not reach someone, you may receive automated SMS messages from that business’s number. Those messages may include a brief follow-up greeting and short qualification questions (e.g., type of project, timeline). Message content is determined by the business you called. By replying to these messages, you consent to receive them and to these Terms.

2. How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for that program. If you want to receive messages again, you would need to initiate a new call or sign-up as you did the first time, and the business may then start sending you SMS messages again.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages on a per-conversation basis—typically an initial message after a missed call and a limited number of follow-up messages (e.g., qualification questions and a confirmation). Message frequency depends on your interaction and the business’s configuration; there are no recurring marketing message cycles. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
